It seems that live agents are very busy, but Betnomi should work on improving their availability.

As for responses, I was very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of the agents. 

They replied to all my questions by sending URLs and additional explanations.

The crypto brand has also introduced global chat support where you can ask questions to other users and wait to receive the responses.

It is always a great option to reach the community members and get help without contacting live chat support.
